Well… before you go trying to get 5-20 guys convinced that this is a good idea, let’s first figure out if you should even bother. The Atlantic City boardwalk is great in a lot of ways: it’s long enough to take up a good couple hours, it connects many of the casinos and hotels, when you do get bored of walking you can hop on a cart where somebody pushes you around, there’s LOTS of good / cheap food places for a quick bite, it’s outside (maybe the only time you spend outside besides waiting for cabs all weekend), and if you time it right you may actually run into some girls walking out from the beach – or along the boards.
Now – that sounds great enough and worth the trip but there’s always two sides to every coin. Some of the shitty parts about the AC boardwalk include: the guys with carts hound you every chance they get – they’re worse than the brochure guys in Vegas, the only girls you’ll most likely run into are your grandmom’s friends, it will just cause most of your party to get separated and you’ll have to try and join them all backup, there’s almost nothing on the boardwalk interesting to a group there for a bachelor party, and most importantly - it’s time you’re not spending looking at naked girls. This is a goddamn bachelor party – what are you doing taking a boardwalk stroll! Unless of course it’s just to get you from one casino to the next, or to cross over on your way to one of the beach bars they have out during summer.
