Dear Revel,

We’re very excited about your soft opening tomorrow.  While we’ve been already fortunate enough to spend a day inside, we’re very excited about what April 2nd means for you and Atlantic City in general.

Do us a favor though: keep trying.  You’ve come this far and made an amazing breathtaking resort, keep pushing the boundaries everyday to make it even better.  Sure, we know you’ll have your first couple of months or even up to a year of really figuring things out and making sure you’re operationally perfect. 

We’re talking about not letting go of all of the energy and focus you’re putting into the launch.  If you’re not having acts as big as Beyonce two years from now, we’ll be upset.  If you’re not actively out spreading the message about AC and Revel three years from now, shame on you. 

For all of you out there reading our blog and wondering if this place will be a great place for a bachelor party.  Well, I don’t know about you but anyplace with all of this seems like a great bachelor party place: amazing restaurants, a great casino, cool places to see a show, a burlesque club, tons of other bars, an in & out pool, cabanas, a private beach, a four story nightclub, and hopefully to make it really right in AC, because it’s the group that made it so big in Vegas… daylife!   Yes, we think Revel Bachelor Parties are going to be amazing. 

Now for our request to you bachelor party guys:  The Revel has upped their game and all of AC’s as well as every other place tries to respond and build off of this place – so step up your game as well.  The other great places in AC will still be great to go to and now it’s up to you – the “I want the best bachelor party in AC weekend/week of anyone’s life” crowd that should really plan out and be ready to have the best bachelor parties ever.

As we’ve mentioned probably 100 times before, Halloween Weekend in Atlantic City is so crazy that it’s the perfect time for an AC Bachelor Party.   That being said, we wanted to take a quick second to remind you of some very important things when planning your Halloween bachelor party.

• Make sure your costume comes off easily so you can go to the bathroom (at least number 1)
  
• Make sure you can drink easily through your mask 
  
• Hire a photographer to follow your party around – Halloween makes the BEST pics. Have you seen what costumes girls wear?
  
• Group costumes are great – except if it’s the Spartans from 300 and your group is full of fat guys
  
• Costumes that have very soft and rub-able pants are extra fun for lap dances (determine how you can make a costume out of thin sweat pants)
  
• Avoid the super slutty costume girls – too much competition
  
• Face paint leaves evidence
  
• If you’re in a relationship, wear a costume that a LOT of people are wearing – when your significant other is searching online for pics you can argue it was the “other” person dressed as that costume
  
• Black shirts with security written on the back can be a very handy costume for many reasons
  
• If you see a guy and girl wearing a “couples costume” don’t expect a threesome
  
• If you see a guy and girl wearing a “couples costume” while at the Role Play Lounge in AC, they probably want a threesome.

Wow, what a horribly bland title for this post.  Oh well, what you're really wondering is whether or not now that summer is over is there still great stuff going on in AC.  Fortunately for you the answer is... ABSOLUTELY.

In fact, the thing we like most about the change of seasons is that now that no one is hanging out at the beach all day or doing all the great things you can do in warmer weather, everyone is focusing all of their energy on making the night time partying the craziest it can be.  Hence, bachelor parties this time of year can be epic.

The casinos and nightclubs are always the right temperature for partying and the girls try to make sure that since they didn't get noticed all day in their huge coats and sweaters, that they get noticed when they go out at night. 

Of couse, because it is moving into colder weather, knowing which place is going to be a real hit on that particular night can get harder.  Don't worry, we're still here for you and always know what's the best party anywhere in Atlantic City.

Pauly D, Samantha Ronson and Big Al.  What more could you want from Labor Day Weekend in AC?   

This weekend AC is going to be insane.  Having just come off a hurricane and a earthquake, everyone heading to AC is sure to be looking to party hard.   Plus, the casinos were shut down for a couple days so they'll be looking to make sure you have an even better time this weekend to make up for it.

So, get ready to blow it away this last weekend of the summer.  AC is great all year long but summer is extra magical.  Come and celebrate it with us.  

Plus, if you miss Big Al's Dance Party Sensation you know you're going to hate yourself the next day.  WOW - Big Al - let's do this. Ha.

Want to see a Baywatch Babe dance burlesque for your bachelor party?  Head over to Bally’s AC for their iCandy Burlesque show in the Blue Martini Lounge.   That’s right – Angelica Bridges of Baywatch fame will put on a show for you and the bachelor party in hot burlesque fashion.

Burlesque is starting to take off in Atlantic City and the best part is if your groom is against having other entertainment at the bachelor party – this is a happy medium.   “We went and saw a show” sounds a lot better to a bride to be for her groom to be. 

So, head on over to Bally’s Atlantic City – there are 3 shows a night, on weekend nights, full of tassel swinging fun.
